PLEASE TAKE NOTE that 205 Gatzmer ave ( Daniel Thompson) has filed an application to Jamesburg land use board ( exercising it as jurisdiction as a zoning board of Adjustment) for a Use Variance together with Preliminary and final site plans approval, if necessary, to permit a shed with a loft 16x24 within the backyard 15 ft from back end of property line. The shed is to be used as a gym for resident kids that are athletes within the community.
This subject property is located at 205 Gatzer ave jamesburg NJ, also known as Block 5, lot 39. As shown on tax maps of Borough of Jamesburg.
