Plaintiff, Meghan K. Buchman, residing at 210 W. Crystal Lake Avenue, Apt. 162A, Haddonfield, Camden County, and State of New Jersey, by way of Complaint says:
1. Plaintiff was lawfully married to Defendant on December 28, 2013 in a civil ceremony in Audubon, New Jersey.
2. Plaintiff was a bona fide resident of the State of New Jersey when this cause of action arose and has ever since and for more than one year next preceding the commencement of this action continued to be such a bona fide resident.
3. The Defendant is presently residing at 473 Cutler Avenue, Maple Shade, New Jersey 08052.
4. There exists irreconcilable differences between the plaintiff and defendant which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of more than six (6) months and which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved. There is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation.
5. Plaintiff resided at 210 W. Crystal Lake Avenue, Apt. 162A, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 when this cause of action arose.
6. Jurisdiction is based on the residence of both parties at the time the cause
of action occurred.
7. There was one child borne from the marriage; Ethan, age 18, DOB: *********, who is emancipated.
8. There have been no previous proceedings between the plaintiff and defendant respecting the marriage or its dissolution or respecting maintenance in any Court.
9. Limited real and personal property were legally and beneficially acquired by the parties during the marriage and is subject to equitable distribution.
10. Each party has sufficient means to support themselves.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment as follows:
A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:34-2(i).
B. For a mutual waiver of receipt of support from the other party.
C. Equitably distributing all property and debt, both real and personal,
which was legally and beneficially acquired by the parties during the marriage.
D. For counsel fees and costs.; and
E. For such other relief as the Court deems both equitable and just.

If you dispute this Complaint, you or your attorney must file a written Answer or motion and proof of service with the deputy clerk of the Superior Court in the county listed above within 35 days from the date you received this Summons, not counting the date you received it (the address of each deputy clerk of the Superior Court is provided). If the Complaint is one in foreclosure, then you must file your written Answer or motion and proof of service with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. A filing fee, payable to the Clerk of the Superior Court, and a completed Case Information Statement (available from the deputy clerk of the Superior Court) must accompany your Answer or motion when it is filed. You must also send a copy of your Answer or motion to Plaintiff's attorney whose name and address appear above, or to Plaintiff, if no attorney is named above. A telephone call will not protect your rights; you must file and serve a written Answer or motion (with a fee of $200.00 for Law Division and $135.00 for Chancery Division and completed Case Information Statement) if you want the Court to hear your defense.
If you do not file and serve a written Answer or motion within 35 days, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the relief Plaintiff demands, plus interest and costs of suit.
